Our Mission
Rooted Dental Academy was born out of a clear need—accelerated programs often fall short in preparing dental assistants for the real demands of the profession. Amanda Stroman’s mission is to “root” students in more than just the basics by providing leadership development, soft skills training, and an immersive clinical experience. The vision is to elevate the reputation of dental assistants and meet Arkansas' rising demand in the healthcare trades.

Amanda takes the time to teach in a way that aligns with your learning style, whether that’s hands-on or not. She is attentive and recognizes each individuals strengths and adapts her approach accordingly, which is such a critical quality to have in a teacher. The Amanda I know has an unbreakable drive. She continues to grow, and in doing so, she helps those around her.
